RACE Update: REstonica Ultra, King and Queen of the hill, Sail and Trail, Fig Tree H-M, 3M3D
We had a hilly week end of racing, Luke on a Ultra distance in the French island of Corsica and some Hungry Runners on our favourite local hill and Adrian at the Outer Limits Sail and trail.
The restonica ultra trail is a very tough course, it is held on the island of Corsica which is known to be a very rocky island. Luke managed an amazingly steady run, he remained patient and took the breaks when he needed to.
108km with 7200m elevation gain! Luke finished 25th in 23hr38!
King and Queen of the Hill:
A great classic for Townsville, a short and intense 7.4km that includes the ascent of the goat track and going down Castle hill road. You can be certain that your quads will be very sore the following few days!

Aaron headed to the Tablelands and raced the Fig Tree Half marathon, he had a great race and managed to push all the way through the race, well done! 21km with 800m gain in 2hr53!
